I had him to do 3 room's. One of the rooms had color splotches in it. I was very nice and told him he could clean that room on a day that he was in the area. I live less than 15 minutes from him. Its been about 10 years and he has never made a effort to resolve the problem. I would highly not recommend him unless you are looking for someone who does not have a guarantee of satisfaction on their work.
I highly recommend William O'Brien to clean carpets and furniture. My cat had sprayed on my new furniture and after William cleaned it, there was NO odor! He is very professional, kind and knows his stuff! Will always use him for my cleaning needs.
I needed my furniture cleaned for a special occasion and waited until the last minute to book an appointment. William was so great to work with and was able to fit my appointment in on his schedule. It’s so nice to know you are working with someone you can trust and that they will do a great job! I can’t recommend them enough!
Easy to set up and pay for cleaning my carpets. Results were as expected, very pleased. They were also very friendly, good customer service.
