They do fast quality work. Did my husband's Bronco? Sounds great in the did a great job
The employees were kind, I got same day installation, and the store is a local/independent business. My radio installation was incredibly expensive. The price I had paid at Ray's was literally double how much it would have cost me for the same radio + installation at Best Buy. I should have refused after the quote. I did, however, get the installation done and had no other complaints besides that. Edit: My car radio has had major wiring issues since I took it to Ray's and will randomly cut off.
Prices way to high. Customer service- non existent. How can they charge $210 for a head unit that only costs $110 online? And the kicker subs are $1300 and you can buy the same pair at best buy for $499. If this ain't price gouging, then I don't know what is.
Nah they sell a bunch of junk stereos. Mine Lasted less than a year! And he was very rude and rushed. And automatically went for a conclusion to install and buy a new unit. Guess I'll order one on Amazon for $80 bucks and do it myself versus paying these clowns another $400. Here's the Spanish version for you Spanish folks- Venden puras radios chafas amigos.
