The best part by far was the breakfast. Food was amazing, better than any restaurant, and they had options for dietary restrictions as well. Cleanliness was average. The bathroom we had was dimly lit and the mattress had a noticeable sag to it. The place has a lot of amenities, parking for larger vehicles is street only. Not great for booking last minute. We had a wonderful stay at Ray’s in the Skylight Room! The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious. The atmosphere was fun and eclectic and we loved the walkable neighborhood. Having a parking spot in the garage was a fantastic perk. We will definitely stay again!

First of all, this was my first time staying in a bnb in years and I'm never going back to Air bnb, the amount of detail they put into the rooms and thoughtfulness of the entire space was beyond what I could hope for. The breakfast was AMAZING 👏 I loved everything about staying here, it felt like staying at a families house. Cozy, approachable, artsy. Support local businesses!

This was the most delightful place I've stayed in Chicago. A true hidden gem, free street parking, the best breakfast in Chicago and the most amazing and friendly staff around. 1000/10 I will be staying again.

First time at a BnB, and I would easily go back to this one in a heartbeat! This place is in a nice quiet neighborhood and has places you can reasonably walk to if you are inclined. The Egret room was very cozy and I could not get enough of the French toast that they had for breakfast (among many other options). Would easily recommend this place!
