Went to park in handicapped spot, car was there without a tag and I see a young kid walk into the shop. I go ask him where is his tag, and one of the owners starts yelling at me instead of asking the dork to go outside and move his car. Within 3 minutes I had a policeman on the way. NEVER MESS WITH A DISABLED MARINE VETERAN! Veterans should avoid the place like the plague.
I am a woman with short hair. I phoned the shop ahead of time and was assured that women customers were accepted. Yet, I was completely ignored by the 3 barbers who were on staff the day I went in. Nobody greeted me or spoke a word to me. I was the only customer waiting, until a male customer came in. HE was promptly taken by the next available barber. I stood up, put my coat on and left. Worst Customer Service that too for a 4 yr old !!! We go to this Salon as it is close to my house, but not anymore after the customer service we received today..I took my 4 yr old son for a hair cut..there was this guy who was already very grumpy..As my son is ticklish, he was not putting his shoulder down to wrap the apron around his shoulder..I was also trying to persuade my son to put his shoulder down..This guy was saying it in a very strict manner..did not show any tenderness, after repeating for 4-5 times, he took off ... read more
Its an okay shop; friendly guys but some of them are just not as good barbers as other places. Its on the expensive side.
