My Son and his Dad walked in, not knowing that they were getting ready to close and a short very heavy set woman with glasses, who was sitting in a barber chair extremely rudely said We are closing soon and can't take him in. My son said she had a very snide tone! We were there at 3:20p.m. and they close at 4 p.m. Apparently it's more important to be on your phone then to be kind and curtious! I have to leave a review because my experience at Ray’s in Olean absolutely blew me away. I’m extremely picky about my haircuts and usually stick with the same trusted stylists, so trying somewhere new had me a little nervous. Best decision I could have made.
