I've taken my vehicle to Ray's Automotive a few times already and have been satisfied every time. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They will explain what needs to be fixed right away and the other stuff that should be addressed in the future. They are reasonably priced and never try to upsell you. I'm very happy I found this family owned business.
The most lovely experience I could EVER ask for from Ray's Automotive! Ray and his wife Rita were SO kind and took care of my car problem quickly. I was traveling from PA and had to pull off the highway for car service. They fixed me up on short notice. Absolutely made my day of travel smooth! Thank you soooooo much Ray's Automotive!! I had my car serviced at Rays for the first time yesterday. What a great experience! Rita the business administrator was friendly and welcomed me. I had my oil changed and tires rotated, and the work was done very fast. Ray came out to meet me and told me the car was done. He said the brakes were good, and that he also sprayed my battery terminals. Ray was very friendly and my whole experience was excellent. I was sick and tired of taking my wife’s and my vehicles to the “big-name” dealership shops where they nickel-and-dime you at every visit. I had been looking for a small business shop that values the customer over dollar signs, and Ray’s Automotive is exactly that. Ray and Rita are extremely kind people. This is really a nice, honest and accommodating service and repair place. Ray and Rita go out of their way to help you with whatever you need to have done to your car. Their prices are reasonable with excellent workmanship. The place is extremely clean and organized.
