Extremely pleased with the auto repair services I received recently from Ray's Auto Service for my 2008 Subaru Outback: new brakes, shocks, struts, sway bar links and, most significantly new catalytic converter. And the undercarriage rust prevention and rubberized coating they applied means the car runs quieter, less road noise, etc. With 138K miles on the car she runs like new now. Great service - removed screw from tire and patched it in minutes.
Ray's Auto Service went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it. I travel for work and I was making my way down to Wisconsin when on the highway my car started reducing speed, I received some electrical error on my dashboard and now my car would not go pass 20 miles per hour. I quickly looked for a mechanic shop and Ray's Auto was 6 minutes away, I called and explained the situation and they said I could bring it in. I don’t give great reviews easily but this auto service deserves them. They worked on my daughter’s 2016 Corolla that had been sitting in our garage for a year ,and did a great job. New tires, drained gasoline, new brakes, air filters and oil change. I felt the cost was reasonable, no gouging. They finished the work on time, and were extremely courteous and up front on everything.
