Fast, professional, and friendly service on a Sunday afternoon to fix a broken rear brake and turn light. Final cost was lower than estimated. Receiving the progress updates by text was a good experience. The shop called a Lyft to drive me back after dropping off my car, that is much appreciated.

We brought my son's Jeep to the Redwood City location to have a light looked at. We were told it would be $150 to just evaluate the light. They did a full body inspection which I did not even want just so I could get the light looked at. They indicated that they fixed it. The light worked for less than 1 week. When we brought it back to the shop, they informed us it would be an additional $150 just to look at what they had supposedly fixed.
