I had a good experience at this auto shop. I brought my vehicle in to find out what was causing an issue, and they quickly hooked it up to their diagnostic system, checked the codes, and explained everything clearly. They provided a quote without any pressure and were very honest and straightforward about the services needed. I appreciated their transparency, professionalism, and willingness to answer my questions. It’s nice to find an auto shop you can trust. Highly recommend!

We're visiting relatives in Melrose Fl. I had a tail light go out. Rays was able to get me in right away, determined that my issue was a loose connection. They fixed it, got me on my way and the fee was VERY reasonable. Seeing as how the folks we're visiting haven't been here long enough to have a local mechanic, after this service, they'll use rays for their own vehicles. Couldn't be happier as someone from 700 miles away with issues, and not idea who to call. Thanks Rays team...
