I just want to start off by saying that I've been to Ray's several times and hadn't had this bad of an experience until this one time. I own a 2003 Honda, I took it in at some point to ask them about a misfire in my engine, they held on to it and changed the spark plugs... Didn't work... They said they'd have to hold on to it over night while they "run tests". no pictures, proof or updates, I had to repeatedly call them about the issue, my car was there for about two weeks where they kept telling me Trevor was working on it ... read more
