Never use them to tow! They'll waste hours of your life waiting
I hate typing in all caps...but I’m really frustrated...THIS COMPANY IS BY FAR THE WORST AN INSURANCE COMPANY COULD USE!!!! Waited over 3 1/2hrs only to be told during that time that the driver was 20 mins away...by hour 3 this horrid of a place told our insurance company that they didn’t feel comfortable telling them where the driver actually was. We called another tow and within 20 mins they were on the scene. Don’t call these guys...
Last night was by far the worst experience i could have ever encountered. The tow driver took forever, once he made it on scene he was supposed to change my blow out to a spare. He took the tire off and jacket it up in the air by the way with the jack that came with the car because his was in use of another driver. He then dropped my car to the ground i screamed how hard it hit the ground. He told me don’t worry the damages will be covered by RAYS TOWING.
