We have used Ray's in the past and have consistently found them to be really nice folks who provide fast, reliable, and reasonably-priced repairs for our older GE Monogram appliances, which not all repair companies can service. Today when we called them they were heading out for a well-deserved vacation, but were kind enough to refer me to another company who could help in the meantime.
