I contacted Rays Appliance Service to fix my stove top. I thought a local appliance store would be able to help me before thanksgiving. After having to order the part myself from the manufacturer, because the ONLY service person they had to fix it couldnt order it for 3 weeks, I received it and made an appointment for them to fix it 3 days before the holiday. I went to Rays Appliance Service to purchase all new appliances for my new home. I wanted to buy from the "little guy" instead of "Big Box" store for two reasons. Help local small business and better customer service. Customer service was a huge disappointment. Refrigerator did not work properly first week. Would not provide a replacement. Five years later with countless problems, received new one from factory but had to pay delivery fee.
