He charged me twice for his services. He helped us to file our taxes and was paid for that. After 3 months he charged my bank account again without athorization using our information on file. When we came to claim our money back on the day that he told us to come by his office, he responded that he was really busy and to come back another day. If you make a mistake you should fix it right away, ESPECIALLY customers that have brought you bussiness for years.
