Not legit at all. The guy that owns this is a conman and so is his daugther. She runs Dulce de Monze. They will screw you. They don't pay their invoices and act like they don't live there.
Can't believe this business and owner are still operating. He keeps moving his operation I guess. I would not do business with company or its affiliates. Rayo Net Properties has defaulted on loans with several banks like American National Bank of Texas. He's been taken to court in Van Zandt, Harris, and other counties. The State shut down his license but I guess he got a new one. Don't do work for Rayo Net or Juan. He will never have all the materials there. He agrees to price to get you to start work but then always trying to change or make lies. He makes stupid excuses so he does not have to pay. He owes so many contractors. HE DOES NOT PAY. But I got the last laugh. Never cheat your contractors.
Took over 5 months to get paid. Rayo Net Properties does not pay their bills unless you threaten them will lawsuits. Most time I was there, there was other contractors complaining and angry about not getting paid.
