I didn't have a good experience. Each time I tried to explain the issues I was having with my eyes, Dr. Raynor interrupted. Since I couldn't complete a sentence, I'm pretty sure he didn't have a complete understanding. I do understand that it is a busy office but I wasn't taking up his time. He did most of the talking about other things. I won't go back. The rest of the staff was great!
Very awesome and amazing people work here. Picked up my new lenses… they were renovating the place and still saw me. Thank you soooooo much for taking care of me. Even if they were not renovating and “temporarily closed” I would recommend them to anyone. A sign on the door says to call them first… so, if you are picking up lenses or contacts call them first before stopping by.
My family and I have been patients of Dr. Raynor's since he first opened his practice in Hope Mills. I live 2 hours away from his office now, but I make the 2 hour drive for Dr. Raynor to check my eyes. Years ago he saved my husband's eyesight from being almost blind to not needing glasses except sometimes for reading. In my family we hold Dr. Raynor in the highest regard!!!
Wanted to say thanks to everyone at Professional Eye Care for their efforts to get my particularly annoying prescription made (lot's of prism), but special thanks to Jerry for his seemingly endless patience listening to my concerns with the new lenses and getting the new glasses adjusted.
