Awful customer service experience with PJ on a warranty claim. This has been the worst example of customer service I’ve ever experienced. I started my claim on 8/9/2024 after placing a call to Rayno HQ. I was passed around, given personal cell numbers to correspond with, been told I really needed to call work numbers, gone days without responses.
