The worst quality films ever. I’ve been tinting my cars windows since 2001 in LA without a single issue. When we moved to OC and I purchased a new car I went to this awful place. The films started peeling few months after the tint . I called him and he immediately claimed it must be my seat belt. I told him I am super cautious with my car and there is no way that both windows have the same issue. Awful customer service experience with PJ on a warranty claim. This has been the worst example of customer service I’ve ever experienced. I started my claim on 8/9/2024 after placing a call to Rayno HQ. I was passed around, given personal cell numbers to correspond with, been told I really needed to call work numbers, gone days without responses.
