Pacific Coast Water System did an outstanding job from start to finish. Greg and Suseno came out on Monday to dig the trench, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean and organized. Greg returned on Tuesday to complete the water softener installation, and the final result was excellent. Professional, friendly, and clearly committed to quality—highly recommend their team!

My brother referred us to Pacific Coast Water Systems and I am very happy with everything so far! Greg is so knowledgeable about small details as well! He came out twice, the first was to install the system but we had to make some minor changes to make sure soft water would not get in the pool (so happy he caught that!) Five times I've had to call for murky water right after they replaced the rental tank. Canceled service today 3 July 2025. No problems further in the past as I've used them for 7 years. A year or two ago they changed their name to Pacific Water systems.
