My brother referred us to Pacific Coast Water Systems and I am very happy with everything so far! Greg is so knowledgeable about small details as well! He came out twice, the first was to install the system but we had to make some minor changes to make sure soft water would not get in the pool (so happy he caught that!) Five times I've had to call for murky water right after they replaced the rental tank. Canceled service today 3 July 2025. No problems further in the past as I've used them for 7 years. A year or two ago they changed their name to Pacific Water systems.

The technician Mr Greg is very knowledgeable person. He always comes on time, do his due diligence and give good recommendations. Very neat and clean work! He always take extra care and never wants to compromise his quality service!
On time for estimate, on time for installation and installer Andy was very professional and knowledgeable.
