We had a wonderful experience today with their service. A limb fell on the wire going to my 89 year old mother-in-laws home and caused an outage and potential fire. We called and explained our situation and they made sure to take care of the problem on the same day. We had called several other companies before finding them and they all refused to take care of our problem because it was a Friday.
