I have multiple installation of Water Softeners from Rayne, You will not have any problem till it's working fine, as soon as you call their service, they will rip you off and long wait to to get technician's appt. So beware before you install it.
Worst service ever! And because of that service I canceled with them back in December 2018 and here we are 4 months later and 4 phone calls and I’m still receiving bills with interest added on!
We have been using Rayne Water for over fourteen years. The Irvine and San Diego office staff are not professional and have bad Customer Service skills. You get put on hold for long periods of time, disconnected, and no calls back. Life’s too short, use another company.
