Veronica was very helpful in my pondering the pros and cons of selecting a lift chair. She went over all the ways of selecting plus my indecision as to looking elsewhere etc. She stayed with me and looked up various options for me for two hours! Great job!
Plenty of options to choose from. Was able to find what I was looking for. Customer service was quick, easy, and friendly. All of my questions were answered as far as product availability, pricing, and delivery. When my furniture arrived I received a phone call letting me know it was ready.
Says a lot about a company that uses Chat GPT to formulate responses to customers reviews. They clearly don't care. Make sure you do your research on pricing before you come here, you can easily get overcharged by the salesman. I was given 3 different prices from 3 different people with a gap of $1000 from the highest quote to the lowest for a bed.
