I went to the store to possibly buy some new furniture for my condo and found a couch and chair for the living room. My daughter had a cat and I was concerned about it using the furniture as a scratching post. The sales rep assured me if I purchased the "warranty" that the company would fix any pet damage. This is not true. Also the "90 day comfort sleep" has a 100.00 dollar restocking fee that she failed to tell me about too. I will not ever purchase anything from this company ever again. It really is no way to do business.
I recently bought 13,000 dollars worth of furnature @ raymour and flanigan quakertown pa. The sales people were wounderful however when my funature was delivered it had a little pull in the fabric i called the sales man and he was very understanding however the manager LINDA! was very rude to me as well as her employees. at the end of all this I walked out very displaced in how I was treated after all the $ I had spent and vowed never to do business with raymour and flanigan again all because of the store manager Linda so if... read more
