My Fiancé and I purchased a mattress here. Chyloh was the associate who helped us and it was great. They gave us a good deal, listened to our budget concerns, and we left feeling great about our experience. The delivery experience was equally great. They were in and out in 5 minutes with everything set up and clean. I would highly recommend R&F, this location is great!
Harrisburg store. Excellent Selection! As soon as you walk in you are great with a smile and how can we help you. Our salesperson Chyloh, was very knowledgeable and kind. We told him what we were looking for and he took his time and found us exactly what we wanted.. A shout out to the store manager as well. He went out of his way to move a recliner love seat so we could try it out. Check out and setting up delivery was fast and efficient. Excellent experience.
Shiloh was the best sales associate I have ever dealt with.
We walked in and were greeted by Linda. She introduced herself, explained the layout of the store and let us look around and feel things out. We decided on a sectional and she was nothing short of amazing. She explained the process and what to expect when buying from them and we couldn't be happier with the service and quality of what Raymour & Flanigan represent. Highly recommend their furniture and customer service!
