This is the worst place to buy a couch from, within 2 hours the couch broke and now 2 weeks later between constant calls and glitches on their warranty end we have been living with a broken couch. All they said was sorry, no refunds and no returns. Mind you it's one of their top couches and we got a 5 year warranty. The worst place I have ever delt with.
Our experience at this location started out good. Found the couch we wanted and the sales process went really well. The system update made receiving our couch a nightmare. I was told it was in stock when we purchased it and scheduled pick up within a week and it wasnt in stock and only had one piece to bring home. I called and scheduled a delivery for another day which was not at my cost but that day came and no couch. The couch motor when out 4month they canceled 2 times to fix it all I get is a run around no satisfied I will never buy anything from them anymore!!! If you want good service go to Bob's people there are very nice and don't give you a run around
So really what you do is go here and see a Tempur Pedic and then go to Mattress Warehouse and buy the same mattress but get the better adjustable base AND FREE TEMPUR PEDIC PILLOWS. See thats the Real Deal and Raymour won't honor it so they keep the profits. Also they only pay the associates half of each sale i.e. 5% (split the cost and then get 10 to 15% after you get penalized on any discounts) meanwhile EVERY OTHER COMPANY pays there associates even 10% and honors the vendors deals.
