I had the Words experienced of my life with this company. On April 15 purchased a sofa bed for almost $1600. The delivery was delayed multiple times. They end up delivering the sofa bed on August 2nd. The sofa they delivered is damaged. The back is made of cardboard instead of wood. The mattress looks used and its damaged. it has a huge hole and it’s definitely not the mattress they showed me on the store. The store doesn’t want to replace the item or give me a refund.
