Excellent customer service from Alba Khan, she is super nice, I loved talking to her. She helped us to select our couch sets. I highly recommend her.
Stopped in the store just to look for ideas and ended up purchasing new furniture. The staff politely greeted us at the door. Matt was very knowledgeable and ultimately he is the reason we felt so comfortable purchasing our new sectional.
It was nice shopping at Raymour& Flanigan We thank Leah for a “hassle free “shopping experience. We told her what we were looking for and, when we found it Leah came to us and, discussed my choice. She answered all of my questions. Yes , I did get my couch and love it. Needless to say delivery was fast and, Stewart and his co worker were friendly and efficient. We had a fantastic experience at Raymour and Flanigan in York, thanks to our salesperson, Matthew. My wife and I stopped in on our lunch break on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, just to browse some couches. Matthew was knowledgeable and low-pressure, and he quickly pointed us to a piece we loved. He also reminded us about an upcoming VIP sale on Saturday and recommended waiting to make the purchase then, which we really appreciated.
