I actually planned to go into Bob's Furniture originally, But I made a wrong left turn and ended up in Raymour & Flanigan. I meet Roberto who assisted me. His customer service skills were amazing unlike some of the staff at BOB's furniture outlet around the corner (one of the girls was so rude and she had too much make-up on, she looked like she jumped out of a casket) Anyways, I ended buying a pillow top bed from Raymour & Flanigan, not from casket face.
Salespeople are misinformed, management is misguided, however the worst experience one can have is dealing with the "customer service" people, the people whose job it is to process your payment. This Customer Service Rep questioned my signature on my credit card and then after some heated words, told me she would call the Police and have me escorted out the Store...HELLO, I was trying to leave the store when the Salesperson couldn't enter the correct SKU, I was trying to leave when the Manager told me there was a delivery ch... read more
