This is an update to reflect problems with getting service. Someone was supposed to be at our home on November 19 to make a repair to my adjustable bed. While the repair is minor and would take 5 minutes to perform, the impact of it is that I cannot use my bed as intended - I cannot raise the head. The person never showed up, never called, and attempts to reach the store online and by phone have been unanswered. This is unacceptable. This bed is less than one year old.
Long-standing customer. I purchased an expensive queen mattress. Initial delivery was cancelled because they did not have it at the warehouse. Rescheduled for following weekend. I waited all afternoon and they did not show nor did they call to let me know. I then called the store and no one called me back. I called again and it was then rescheduled for Sunday morning and I was told around 8. They arrived around 10 and the mattress was dirty.
