GO ON YELP FOR THE FULL STORY There's no reason to buy from a well known company- maybe there's no advantage to that. Maybe online shopping and doing your OWN research and building your OWN knowledge is much more beneficial than relying on a commission based salesman to tell you what you need to know. And maybe there's no reason at all to support a reputable company when you can probably get treated and educated much better at a small store that's just trying to get by.
