Your associates hung up on me twice. I called asking for your store hours for the week.How rude can you be? How disrespectful can you be? The so called "second girl" said that different associates are hanging up the phones!!!!!!! I do not believe this. She sounded and acted identical as the" first girl". One of yhe correct ways to manage a store is public relations. There needs to be team work and proper disapline when dealing with consumers.
