Great experience, we searched for couches at our own pace and the process for purchase was made simple and easy.
The manager was awesome once we got to the location. Very helpful, happy with the service. The return/service process through corporate is horrendous and it really is just to discourage people to get their mattress changed out.
We needed several pieces of furniture and everything was such an easy process BECAUSE of Mr. Shanto Das. He is professional, gracious, courteous and knowledgeable. Our experience went seamlessly because of Mr Shanto Das. It was a true pleasure being assisted by this superb guy. Kudos to Raymour for employing such a wonderful guy. We will always shop at this Raymour in the future because of the kindness we received from Mr Das.
