The sales associate worked with the dimensions or choices and helped us select the best item for our request for our living room. He was very informative. Also went over the terms, the discount, the down payment, and all of the finance associated with the selection for delivery. He made sure that we were happy with the item that was selected to purchase and full satisfaction as a family.
My husband and I had a great experience with this store. Aggy was friendly and knowledgeable and helped us find our perfect mattress and a new bed frame to go with it. The entirety of our order wasn’t in stock that day, but we had a delivery date arranged for a week later. On the delivery day the delivery team was awesome as well and we’ve been loving our new bed! All around great experience. Definitely would recommend this location and Aggy!
Very unprofessional and upsetting, never thought that to buy a twin mattress will take almost an hour time and no exact time for delivery, been waiting for long day , receiving links about delivery and never received! No communication, no management, no customer service or my salesman was unprofessional! Worst thing is waiting for something or for somebody, hope they will be treated same way!!!
Sales person was very professional, courteous and new exactly what I was looking for.
