We needed several pieces of furniture and everything was such an easy process BECAUSE of Mr. Shanto Das. He is professional, gracious, courteous and knowledgeable. Our experience went seamlessly because of Mr Shanto Das. It was a true pleasure being assisted by this superb guy. Kudos to Raymour for employing such a wonderful guy. Hello, Thanks for great shopping experience. I purchased a leather sofa, recliner chair, end tables and lamps. Our customer service rep was Carolina Pulloni. She was very nice and help us decide on this sofa. We wanted a sofa with better back support and recommended the Henrick. This sofa is perfect. Everything was delivered in less than a week! Thanks again and will come back for future furniture purchases.
