We visited the store after having so many problems with the previous furniture that we purchased. As soon as we walked in, we met James Cannon and he was so great. He gave us a lot of information to help us. Choose the right furniture for our needs and in our budget. James was great!

Edit: received the replacement pillow on April 3, 2026. The store did contact me not long after my first review and offered to replace the entire chaise for me - I declined as I didn’t need the whole set replaced, just the ripped pillow. I did very much appreciate the gesture though. I have always been extremely happy with the pieces of furniture ordered, my issue was specifically with a lack of response on the service side no matter how many times I reached out.
