Salesperson wasn't pushy gave me a lot of information to help me decide about my purchase.
Didn't visit the store. Placed an order online for delivery and the truck was over an hour past the window given. No phone call....no offer to reschedule...just seemingly the assumption that it would be fine. It was not. But....had no choice but to wait and get the entire bedroom set that was ordered around 7:30 in the evening. Then arrange and set up the room again....then get kids to bed. Very inconsiderate and inconvenient.
Donna did a wonderful job helping me to find the piece of furniture I needed.
