David was a great sales rep. Prices were fair and store was beautiful
I ordered online and the rep was very helpful and patient. Was very pleased with the experience.
I would say good customer service as there is always a representative present, however they are always hounded you down and never give you space to just try out the product on your own. Stop pushing for quick sales and let the customer experience your product for themselves, if they need help or have any questions they will ask. Ended up going to mattress firm a block away and had great, non-pushy customer service and bought a bed from them instead.
Sales Manager and team were attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. It was pleasant and productive doing business with them.
