Chris at the Transit Rd., Williamsville location was a pleasure to work with. He asked a bunch of important questions necessary to be sure he showed me the right mattress for my needs. He was patient, answered all my questions, and didn’t try any high pressure sales tactics…which I really hate. Thank you Chris for a wonderful shopping experience!
Andy was super helpful and I got my new furniture in my price range. Highly recommend!!
Non pushy sales people! What a rare find! Matt let us look around and when we had decided he made buying so easy! I learned everything is done in house, from the warranties to delivery - no third party companies! Matt also helped us get the most bang for our buck!
Hendricks was very pleasant helpful and customer service was excellent.
