We ordered a Recliner few weeks back. They said we gonna get it within 4 week (On Store Delivery). Now whenever we are calling they telling us the inventory didn’t done and that product is out of order. What a SHAMEFUL!!! customer service after all these weeks. I Loose my time & some offer from other vendors. If they took the order they should know its available!!!
For a company marketing itself as a “Family Owned Business” this store is really questionable to say the least great furniture sureee ! Yet the customer service couldn’t match what a shame . First off the sales rep was making remakes on my body I find inappropriately distasteful when I informed him we would need a mattress to accommodate for my back injury . This store is the worst! Don’t buy from here. They delivered items damage and won’t replace it. They have not delivered the item and won’t process a refund! They are a scam and want to steal your money! The manager named Guy Lafaillle has not been helpful at all. He thinks he is a manger but he doesn’t act like one. He doesn’t know or want to help to solve the issue. This is the worst experience in costumbre service. If an item is not being delivered, money should be refunded. Stay away from this horrible store.
