I went to the Jamaica Ave looking for a Mattress and had a great experience working with Guy Lafaille. I love the car analogy he used and made me spend more than what I intended to spend. Guy Lafaille is that location greatest asset, a true professional.
Ameen C doom the customer service is a top notch exemplary employee and I cannot say enough great things about him. I came to him with a situation that was lingering for approximately 6 months and he was bale to resolve the matter in only a few contacts weeks later! I went to different stores to resolve this matter and unfortunately coukd not resolve it in the manner I was seeking.
