If I could give this experience a 0 star rating I would. You guys are truly awful. I will be standing outside your store with a sign directing people to Bob’s. You guys sent me a defective couch not once but TWICE and had a scheduled time to replace it… now you’re telling me the product got discontinued over night, the day before the new one was supposed to come. Worst location ever. Ordered a dining table set over a month ago and still has not arrived. Communication is very poor. I don’t recommend.
I will Never go back to Raymour and Flanigan, Marine Park again. I purchased a bedroom and livingroom set @ 11/17, paid in full. I rec'd a call on 11/18 saying I owe a large balance. I was asked to come back into store. I spoke with a sales manager when I arrived and was informed that a new system was installed which made it appear that I did not pay in full.
