Excellent Customer Service especially from the Manager Jovanny Delarosa Long Island City Store Queens
One good thing is they matched a price I was given at another location. The BIG problem is the poor communication between the retail store, warehouse, and customer. To make it short I explained what I wanted and in what time frame and I was told definitely no problem. Problem. I wound up sleeping in a family members house because I was let down. The warehouse didn't communicate with me or my salesman so it was a hot mess. Do not believe in anything until it is delivered. It's easy to say no problem in the store.
This specific store -on northern blvd - staff has a real attitude problem when it comes to customer service. Offensive and arrogant as if they bare no respect to their company or the customer . They want to sell regardless of misinformation and inaccurate description of items ordered . Watch out for return or exchange policies !! They are deceptive , and not disclosed properly Too expensive for what they sell in general
