The delivery team was awesome. Zion and his partner made it happen. I went with other furniture company and they wouldn't even try.. said they did but didnt. Went back and forth since November 2025. Dropped them went with you Raymore and Flanigan. First time. Everything was perfect. I thank them so much. They made my year. Says a lot about a company that uses Chat GPT to formulate responses to customers reviews. They clearly don't care. Make sure you do your research on pricing before you come here, you can easily get overcharged by the salesman. I was given 3 different prices from 3 different people with a gap of $1000 from the highest quote to the lowest for a bed. They really took their time with me for days I couldn’t make a decision but they’ve show patience. Great costumer service.
Rochelle Johnson was amazing! Very personable. We were greeted when we first arrived asked what brought us in gave us time to look around. Rochelle checked on us during the process and made suggestions. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. I will be back for more selections in the future.
