Terrible customer service. Terrible quality on items purchased, defective and full of rust. Save a headache go someplace else, maybe Bobs!
Had a great time learning how to buy and pay for what I eeded from Shah.Would suggest to ask for him every time I go there now.

This is a tough one. The sales staff are excellent. Malik was wonderful and deserves an award for how kind he was. However, the delivery department and especially customer support were awful. We ordered a couch to be delivered a week ago. In trying to get it up the stairs the delivery men bashed giant holes in the wall. See the pictures. Our landlord was apoplectic and we were upset as well. When we called the store that Friday we were told by someone to get a quote and then forward it to delivery department--which we did.
