Frank was awsome
I was trying to call regarding updates on my delivery. The customer service was very rude. When Judy answered the phone, first thing come out in her mouth she said what do you want. If you spent thousands or less that’s not how you talk to your customer. When you have people work like that it’s bad reputation for everyone who works in the company.
It took a very long time for anyone to come help us, even after we asked. I dont think it was the employees fault, just that only 2 people were working that day? We sat for maybe 30-45 mins waiting. Other than that, great pricing.
My salesperson was awesome! She didn’t pressure me or follow me around. She gave me a minute to look around and then helped me find the perfect sectional for my needs.
Easy. Decent prices (go here instead of Bob's). Helpful staff but not overly in your face. Actual warranties and not the scams Bob's will sell you. Cam is the man.
