I spent over $5K at Raymour & Flanigan on a living room set and dining set just 3 years ago, and the quality is beyond terrible. The couch sank so badly it had to be replaced already. I tried to use the “platinum protection plan” and all they did was stuff some foam under the cushions and call it fixed. Platinum? More like tin foil. When I walked in Marcy Birch welcomed me to the store, asked if I was looking for anything in particular, and most importantly she honored that I was just looking.
