I have shopped here for years bought my last 3 sofas from the outlet. I had a credit from my last sofa that broke and couldn't be fixed. They have a ridiculous rule that you can't buy a protection plan on my new sofa just because some came from a credit. They lost a customer.

Paola took the time to understand my room dimensions, style, and layout, and helped me find the perfect furniture for my home. Throughout the entire process — from purchase to delivery — she stayed in touch and kept me updated every step of the way.
