Our brand new hvac unit stopped working after 12 and a half months. Raymoore said it was out of warranty, and they don't even service our area anymore.
Amazing customer service! The team went above and beyond—making time on a weekend to come by last minute and fix my furnace. They weren’t expecting to get on the roof, but instead of rescheduling for another day went back to the shop to get a taller ladder and parts. Both the technician and owner were extremely knowledgeable and professional.
Raymoore did a great job. Easy process from making the appointment to having the job completed!
We can’t say enough good things about Raymoore and Travis specifically. Travis has helped us with our brewery walk-in cooler needs on multiple occasions. He is very knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond to help us with our older equipment. He has found creative solutions to get us through tough situations as we wait on parts.
