If I had an option for zero star rating that what this company deserves disrespectful to there employees and discrimination towards other.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Communication if awful and not professional please use another provider like (Crown, Arnold, Toyota). Very disappointed with this company and there behavior

Terribly aggressive drivers. If they’re that careless when lives are involved imagine how careless they’d be working on your equipment. Stick with Arnold or another forklift company here in the valley.
I requested service and gave them the error codes from my jack. (P151 and P412) These are associated with wiring shorts, CAN unit failure, or a bad battery. The technician could have checked them out (he had a laptop with full manuals in his van) and decided he couldn't fix it because he didn't have any of that stuff, he just had switches. Instead, he drove three hours to my location and spent two more taking apart the jack and not fixing it at $117 per hour.
