After happily attending this service for a couple of years and seeing different Dentists I asked if I could see a different person and was then suddenly refused service and have been forced to go back on a waiting list that took me over 2 years to be seen the first time. Where is a customer's right to be able to speak up and say they are unhappy with 1 persons work and be punished for it.
