Been working with Raymond Storage Concepts for a long time now and our tech Jerry Campbell has always been solid. Doesn’t matter if it’s troubleshooting, wrenching, or whatever comes up — he gets it done. This past week we had two big forklifts being installed at our West Chester warehouse. I’ve worked with Raymond Storage Concepts for nearly five years, and throughout that time Mark Buschur has set the standard for what a representative should be. His attention to detail is second to none—nothing slips past him, and he makes sure every request is handled thoroughly and correctly the first time. Mark consistently puts his customers’ success first. If he doesn’t have an answer immediately, he finds it. He’s responsive, dependable, and always willing to step in and help, regardless of personal gain.

I have been using Raymond Storage Concepts for almost 6 years. I have always been with Mark Buschur. In my opinion Mark is the gold standard of a representative. He cares more about your success over anything. If he doesn't know the answer he knows how to find it. He is always there for support and will help complete tasks and requests even if it doesn't benefit him personally. Mark is the main reason I have maintained a relationship with RSC. Give that man a raise!
This review is done by Harvey Clary HC construction. I install heavy equipment all over the country, and RSC is one of the easiest groups I work with. Their project manager, Diane, stays on it and makes sure I’ve got what I need on site every day so the job keeps moving. She handles everything that’s not a wrench — including the customer.
