I will never use this Agency. They attempted to increase my annual homeowners insurance rate by over $300 from approximately 8-900. The agent then bombarded me with unwanted phone calls because I wouldn’t agree with his unscrupulous rates.
Chad Conrad is the real MVP! Very attentive and on his A game. Fast response and found my 18 yr old the best price and we all know how hard that can be. 10/10 recommend.
I've been with Raymond and Spence for about 4 years now. They have been a fantastic resource. The team is helpful and knowledgeable, and guided me through any issue or claim or question I had.
