Honest people and good workmanship
I had been going to Raymond Service Center for years, but since the change in ownership, it has become a completely different experience. It went from a shop I trusted to one that feels cold and impersonal. During my recent visit, I was told my truck needed work in order to pass inspection that I later found out was not necessary. My truck had a blown turbo and another near death. Raymond Service center made the repairs plus extras that the truck needed. Very fair price and excellent service. It was completed on time and done professionally.
Had to drive to the garage on Monday as I could not remembr my appt. Info and tried all morning to get a call through but the call kept going to voice mail 1st ring. (No voice mail!) Luckily, I left my 15 yr old Jack Russel in the car as I was imediately encircled by two large quick moving shepherds. Plus the fact that I would need to sit in the waiting area under the scrutany of these two on duty dogs. Sorry for what seems to have happened at this business in the past but absolutely too uncomfortable for me!
