The surgery is very efficient and staff are lovely, knowledgeable and welcoming.
I’m recently joined this surgery and I tried to call 8:00 in the morning for my daughter who is 4 years old for something serious but I never got any appointments for last 2 months really mad surgery 🤬
Had some absolutely awful experiences here. Never saw the same doctor twice, took a month for an ‘urgent’ ultrasound when I had a lump in my hip that was making my BACK NUMB. Had a doctor sit there and say to me verbatim ‘if you were going to die you would have died already’ as I was in the surgery crying because I was having such severe palpitations and heart issues that I was completely unable to sleep and felt unsafe being at home alone with my young child.
I would give zero stars. the e consult process is useless. Dr rings 1 ring, then hangs up, then you get an email telling you to start the process again as you missed the call. Some people cant sit by a phone all day and have jobs where you cant be free "any time" why oh why cant you just get a 15 minute slot or even a 1 hour window for your call. Always doctor who knows nothing about your medical treatment. Gone downhill after covid... getting appointments is like winning the lottery.
