Very disappointed by this RPR insurance. Have had them for over 15 years. Made my first claim for wind damage on my roof last year. Not one individual from RPR or the company they utilize (Safeco) stepped on my property. They sent a company who takes pictures. The company took pictures of the wrong section. I could write a book on the lack of care or support I received. However, after 300 days of a leaking roof I finally patched it myself and changed insurance companies.
