The staff is friendly when checking me in and setting up my follow ups.Dr.Weiss is great listener. Very patient, and made sure I felt seen and my needs were met. I didn't feel rushed. He seems to really care about his patients.
If you are looking for a Dr, look elsewhere. This doctor Weiss rushes, throws his hands in the air, slaps his legs in frustration, scoffs in elderly Spanish speaking patient's faces, won't wait for translations, and speaks over you, and generally does not have the patient in mind.
Samantha is very rude. Was rude from the second the call started. I Called to ask simple questions about my medical records and she hung up while i was still speaking
I have been a patient of Dr, Weiss’s for many years. He is always thorough when addressing my medical issues and is very prompt with keeping me updated with test results, etc. I have been very pleased with Dr. Weiss’s care.
I don't know if it's there website or there's no update in there system, but I've been trying to get in touch with the office, and it keeps saying the office is closed. But on the Google it says open, I've been calling since Thursday and it's Saturday. I'm thinking that they've never updated there schedule on the website? I would really appreciate it if I can get a schedule of there times and days when there open for the public. Thank you.
