Extremely difficult to reach anyone by phone. When my call finally connected, I was left on hold for over two hours and ultimately had to hang up. There has to be a better system for patients trying to contact the clinic.
Dr. Petrus is awesome. I just had my insurance changed through my work. I was a little stressed about changing Doctor's but Doc was amazing. Took his time, very personable, listened, made me feel heard, gave me great advice. This guy is fantastic. Also all the staff at TGH Carrollwood were so friendly and helpful. The receptionist and his nurse were very reassuring and calming. great experience.
Dr. Petrus and his staff are a great example of professionalism, knowledge and courtesy.
